RIP Murray Kerr

Here's one of the last pics taken of Murray Kerr, on the right. Murray presented the prizes to L>R Adriel Kind, Ollie Chitty, John Smith & Matt Barlow.

Murray knew he had a terminal illness and sadly passed away on Feb 15th.

NZ Champions John Smith - Open, Adriel Kind - Sport

The final Task saw a 120 km run to Springs Junction and back to Murchison. Shane Mackay was the only pilot who made goal,

John Smith retains his National Champion status (making it four in a row), and Adriel Kind wins the Sport Class.

Task 5 Scores now uploaded

The scores for Task 5 are now uploaded! There is likely to be a task today (Saturday).

Task 6

There's a task set today from Havelock. The weather's not great so we'll see what happens. I'm still waiting on files to updates the results from task 5. Apologies for the delay.

Update - pilots got as far as rigging but the wind blew over the back and the task was eventually cancelled.

Wet

Thursday is very wet and windy as expected. I'm waiting on the results files from Mark Patton to update the results page. No pilots made goal yesterday, but it was a valid day.
