2018 Pilot Registration

In order to register for the 2018 Nationals, please send the following information to Matt Barlow at nat.matt3@gmail.com:

  8. Emergency Contact Name/Phone
  9. Any medical conditions?
  10. Any medication?
  11. Any allergies?
  12. T shirt size / how many
  13. BBQ meal - veg or not
  14. FAI License No. - if you have one.
The earlybird fee is $175 up till Dec 31st; $200 thereafter. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $75 is required for registration.

Bank Account: 02-0600-0020697-067. Put your own name in the 'Particulars' field, and your PIN number in the 'Reference' field. You will be sent a receipt.

Part of the fee will pay for a chemical toilet up on the Mount for the XC Clinic and comp itself.
